JCI is designed for all individuals under 40 who are interested in personal development, training, and networking. The core mission of the Junior Chamber is to positively impact society by developing the leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and international awareness of young adults.

Junior Chamber activities are based on learning by doing. Leadership skills can be developed through roles on the board and as project managers at the local, regional, and national levels. By participating in projects, you can enhance your project management skills and network with our stakeholders. Some of JCI Oulu’s projects include the European Conference 2024, organized in collaboration with JCI Oulun Tervaporvarit. As a member, you can also participate in various training sessions, such as the Quality Project Management course developed by JCI Oulu, which focuses on project quality management. You can further develop your public speaking and training skills by participating in trainer training programs.

In addition to personal development, Junior Chamber activities offer enjoyable socializing, member events, formal evening celebrations, new acquaintances, and lasting friendships. The JCI world is full of opportunities—take advantage of them and jump in!
